A Little Family Time...

Since Karen and Greg are busy spending quality time with Benjamin, I promised I'd upload some pictures for them; Karen thinks you might be getting bored with her posts without pictures so I promise to teach her how to do it!

Click here for an entire album of pictures from his birth through today! Here is the first family photo with baby Benjamin!!! The girls visited last night and apparently did a good job when meeting their baby brother! They are wearing their "I {heart} my baby brother!" T-shirts!

I'm not going to give you a medical update right now simply because I don't have much news to give, which is good! We'll have to wait for Karen and Greg to update with the specifics.

We saw Ben today and he is as cute as can be! He looks perfect and even the little baby oxygen tube he has across his face is super cute! He's mostly sleeping peacefully as any new baby does and enjoys being held. He's not too fond of being fussed with though- no thank you diaper changes! :)

I thought those of you who are far away might like to see where Ben is calling home so here is a picture of the hospital room in the CICU (Cardiac Intensive Care Unit), followed by a close up of our little thinker!

Also, Ben was baptized today and received an annointing of the sick from our Father Meier, the priest as Mary Queen of Peace. It was very nice and the best part was that we were all allowed in the room at one time! So nice to all be together instead of going in two at a time!
